Lots of cool feature to kick off the new millennium. In
our Special Features section we review two great blues shows that
passed through Rochester: Jesse Yawn and Gatemouth Brown w/
Robert Lockwood. Also
loads of reviews including
the the new B.B. King, the 4 CD Central Avenue Jazz box, the
new Johnny Otis box set
plus a batch of great reissues and much more. In our Essential Blues
department we take a look at the under appreciated J.B. Lenoir. Also the latest blues news, archived broadcasts
and more. We are now putting up real audio clips of the records
we review. We have loads of archived
broadcasts with a new 3 hour show up every week. Remember if
you happen to be online 12:00-3:00PM on Sunday you can catch the

Bad Dog Blues is broadcast live from WITR based out
of the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. Bad Dog Blues airs live Sunday
from 12:00PM-3:00PM with your hosts Gary Reinhard and Jeff Harris.
Bad Dog Blues has been blasting the blues for the past ten years
playing the best blues from the 20's through the 90's. We span the history of the blues
bringing you everything from barrelhouse piano to searing electric blues. Along the way
we'll tell you the stories and history behind the music.
Our website is designed to bring Bad Dog Blues to the world and
also to bring some serious blues content to the web. Every month we'll bring you the
latest reviews, news and delve into the history and culture of the blues. If you have
